I just bought my focusrite 2I2 3rd Gen audio interface. I allows me to download ableton or pro tools for editing my work. However, in order to download Pro Tools I need to sign in to my Avid master account but I am not able to sign in or create an account, the error message says "Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again later".
Apologies I am new to this so I didn't know I was in the wrong forum. Also, I was able to sign in to my account in the link you sent but I am still not able to log in to download the pro tools. I will send email to Raff.
